Recipe Salad "Dubok"

  • Marinated champignons - 250 Grams
  • Ham - 300 Grams
  • Eggs - 6 pieces
  • Green onion - - To taste
  • Mayonnaise - - To taste

Eggs boil hard. We cut into ham large cubes. Large enough to cut a green onion. We chop the mushrooms. I had small champignons, so I cut each fungus in half. If you have bigger champignons, cut them into four pieces. In any case, too finely chop it is not necessary - otherwise it's not a salad "Dubok". Boiled eggs are cleaned and coarsely chopped. Mix all the cut ingredients in the salad bowl. We fill the salad with mayonnaise (I have also added red pepper for the taste - I like it spicy). Salad "Dubok" is ready. It will be tastier if you do not serve it immediately, but beforehand, soak in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
