Vitamin Drink with Mint and Strawberry Recipe

  • Strawberries - 5 pieces
  • Banana - 1/2 Pieces
  • Milk - 1/2 cup (low-fat)
  • Mint leaves - 2 Pieces
  • Honey - 1 st. a spoon
  • Yoghurt - 1/4 Glass

1. Strawberry berries are washed and cut in half or on quarters. You can use the crushed berries without compromising the taste and benefits of the drink. 2. Cut the mint leaves, cut the banana into random pieces. 3. Add all the ingredients to the blender and mix the smoothie until completely homogeneous. 4.
