  • Sugar-sand - 50 Grams
  • Egg of chicken - 1 piece

Pumpkin is peeled from seeds and peel. Pumpkin pulp is sliced ​​and boiled in water until soft (check with a knife, like a potato). Mild pumpkin with a blender, grind to a consistency of mashed potatoes. We add to the pumpkin puree other ingredients - flour, egg, baking powder, salt and sugar. We mix a fairly thick homogeneous dough from all this. In a frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil. Fry it in our pancakes from two sides.
