In the same saucepan add sugar. Fill the contents of the saucepan with wine. There we pour vinegar. Finally, add a stick of cinnamon to the pan, and then place the saucepan on the fire. We bring to a boil over medium heat, after which we make the fire slow and cook for another 10 minutes. In the meantime, the syrup is brewed - we will plum. Each drain in several places is punctured with a toothpick. We throw plums in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then we take the plum from the boiling water and put it into the banks. From the thickened syrup, carefully take out all the spices. Fill the plum with hot syrup.
