Recipe Rabbit Soup

  • Rabbit - 1/3 Pieces
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Celery stalk - 3 pieces
  • Spices - To taste

  • Water - 3 liters
  • Sour cream - To taste
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces

Here are our ingredients in all its glory. We lower the rabbit immediately into cold water, add a bulb with a carrot and cook for 30-40 minutes. While our rabbit is busy with business, it's time to cut vegetables, namely carrots with onions. After that, we cut tomatoes and Bulgarian pepper. The rabbit, too, needs to be cut, no matter how cruel it may sound. Once it is cooked, it goes without saying. After the rabbit is cooked, the broth should be filtered, then put back on the fire and consistently put there all vegetables and kkkkrolika, or rather his meat. Add spices, as well as salt with pepper and cook for about 20 minutes. We add sour cream to taste, personally I generally prefer soups with sour cream, but this is not necessary, of course.
