Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Pencil out the parchment paper with a baking dish and oil it. In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt together. Whip the butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Add eggs and vanilla, beaten. Add the flour mixture and whip. Add dates and nuts. Pour the dough into the prepared form. Bake until golden brown, from 45 minutes to 1 hour. Allow to cool completely on the grate. Extract the cake from the mold, cut into 18 pieces. Cakes can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
