- Carrots - 450 Grams (very small or dwarfish)

Boil water and add carrots, cook about5 minutes On medium heat, melt the butter in a frying pan. As the oil begins to foam to add carrots, salt, pepper. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm.
