The Recipe of the Hoof

  • Potatoes - 700 Grams
  • Wheat flour - 80 Grams
  • Soda - 6 Grams
  • Lard - 160 Grams
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Salt - - To taste

Peel the potatoes, then rub it onGrater. Add salt, soda and flour to the resulting mass. Knead the dough, which should be rolled out a thin layer and cut into small rectangles (4x2 cm). Put the resulting blanks on a baking tray and bake in the oven until cooked. The bacon is cut in small cubes, an onion is added to it, which was pre-chopped and both ingredients are roasted to a golden color. Lower the hooves for 3-5 minutes into the water before feeding them to the table. Set aside and allow excess liquid to drain, then mix with the fry and the dish is ready.
