Homemade Waffles Recipe

  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Milk or buttermilk - 2 cups
  • Flour - 2 Cups
  • Baking powder - 1 st. a spoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Rapeseed oil - 1/3 cup

1. Divide the eggs into squirrels and yolks. Beat the egg whites in a foam mixer in a bowl at high speed. 2. In a separate large bowl, mix milk, flour, baking powder, salt, rapeseed oil and egg yolks. Beat with a mixer at low speed. Increase the speed to medium and mix until smooth. 3. Gently lay the egg whites into the dough and mix the mass manually. 4. Pour 1/2 cup cooked dough over the heated waffle iron. Fry the wafers until cooked until they are browned. 5. Serve waffles with any fillings of your choice: it can be fresh fruit, whipped cream, bananas, nuts, watermelon and maple syrup.
