Recipe for a Christmas pig
- Piglet - 1 piece (weight ~ 4 kg)
- Salt - 4 items. Spoons
- Dry spices - - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 4 items. Spoons
- Garlic - 4 Teeth
Christmas pig is prepared very simply: 1. We thoroughly wash the piglet, let it dry. 2. Rub it with salt, dry spices (I use black pepper, thyme, cumin, thyme), chopped garlic and vegetable oil from the inside and out. 3. Leave the pig to pickle in a cool place for at least 2-3 hours, and best of all - at night. 4. Put the pig on the baking sheet, top it with foil and send it to the oven, heated to 230 degrees. Bake 3-4 hours until cooked. Ready-made piglet is served hot. Bon Appetit!
