Ragout's recipe with pork, vegetables and noodles

  • Pork fillet - 900 Grams
  • Onions - 200 Grams
  • Carrots - 200 Grams
  • Stalks of celery - 200 Grams
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Coriander Ground - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Juniper berries dry - 10 Grams (optional)
  • Bay leaf - 2-3 pieces
  • Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Flour - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Water - 200 Milliliters
  • Olive oil - 4 items. Spoons
  • Noodles - 300 Grams

Let's cut our vegetables, as in the photo: Celery - slices, carrots - circles, onions - semirings, garlic - thin slices. Pork is cut into cubes of medium size and fried in olive oil 7-8 minutes. Pork should be browned. We roast the roasted meat in a container, and in the same pan fry the vegetables. To roast vegetables it is not necessary - it is necessary them only a little to soften. Therefore, fry on medium heat, stirring constantly, literally 5-7 minutes. After frying the vegetables, return the pork to the frying pan. Together with it we add flour, salt, coriander, cinnamon and juniper berries to the pan (this can be done without them, if desired). We mix everything thoroughly and fill it with water or broth. Add the bay leaf, mix and stew the stew under the lid on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, let's boil the noodles. Noodles cook about 2 minutes less than indicated on the package - so that when we mix the noodles with the sauce, it does not fall apart. So, when the noodles are almost ready, we add it to the pan with a stew. Stir and remove from heat. Serve immediately. Bon appetit, friends! :)
