Recipe: Light chocolate pudding with cinnamon

Ingredients:
  • Cornstarch - 3 st. Spoons
  • Light brown sugar - 6 Art. Spoons
  • Cocoa - 3 Art. Spoons
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Skim milk - 3 cups
  • Bitter chocolate - 120 grams
  • Chocolate shavings, for decoration - 1 Part
  • Cinnamon sticks, for decoration - 1 Piece
Instructions

Whip cornstarch, sugar, cocoa powder,Cinnamon and salt and in a medium saucepan. Add the milk, whip. Bring the mass to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook until the mixture thickens, about 1 minute. Add the chocolate and cook until the chocolate melts, for about 1 minute. Divide the pudding equally between 6 cups and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight. Serve with chocolate chips and cinnamon sticks.
