Recipe: Creamy soup with cauliflower, potatoes and cream

  • Potatoes - 3 pieces
  • Cauliflower - 1/2 Pieces
  • Bulb - 1 piece
  • Olive oil - 1/2 cup
  • Warm water - 4 Cups
  • Cream fatty - 1 glass
  • Salt - 2 Teaspoons
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Prawns peeled - 450 Grams
  • Butter - 4 items. Spoons
  • Garlic - 3 Teeth
  • Fresh greens - - To taste

Finely chop the onions. In the soup pot we warm up the olive oil, throw the onion. Fry until soft. Cut small cubes of cauliflower. We cut potatoes into cubes of the same size. When the onion is soft - we add potatoes and cabbage to the pot, mix and cook for 1 minute. Fill the whole thing with water, add spices. Bring to a boil. When the water boils, add cream to the soup. Cover and cook for another 10-15 minutes. In a frying pan, we warm up the olive oil. There also add butter, shrimp, squeezed garlic. Salt, pepper, if desired, sprinkle with herbs, and fry 3-4 minutes. Remove the soup from the fire, bring it to homogeneity with a blender. Already when serving in each plate add a few shrimp from the pan. Bon Appetit! :)
