Recipe Cutlets from cauliflower
- Cauliflower fresh - 1 Kilogram
- Egg - 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 4 st. Spoons
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
We disassemble our cauliflower on inflorescences,Thoroughly wash them, and then boil in boiling water for about 15 minutes until soft. We put it back in a colander, let it dry. Welded cauliflower must be kneaded with a crush. We add spices to cabbage puree, two eggs, salt and breadcrumbs. We mix it well. The mixture should turn out to be dense - then the cutlets will be well shaped. From the received mass we form cutlets, we dunk them in bread crumbs and we fry them in a frying pan in vegetable oil before formation of a golden crust. Done!
