1. 15 grams of gelatin soak in 50 ml of cold water. That is, we prepare berry jelly. 2. Take a silicone mold, put our berries in it. Fill the berries prepared in the first paragraph of the jelly, and put silicone in the refrigerator - let it freeze. 3. While the jelly is frozen, use a blender to beat the cottage cheese, sugar, milk and vanillin. We get a curd cream. 4. When the jelly in the refrigerator freezes, we put our curd cream on top of the silicone mold and put it back in the refrigerator for final hardening. When it freezes completely, we put it on the table.
