Recipe for Fish Cutlets

Ingredients:
  • Chicken breast - 450 Grams
  • Wheat bread - 200 Grams
  • Warm milk - 1/2 cup
  • Butter - 6 items. Spoons

  • Black pepper - 1 pinch
  • Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic - 1 tooth
  • Vegetable oil - 1 st. a spoon
  • Cheese - 120 Grams
Instructions

In a small bowl, soak the bread in warm milk andSet aside for a while to the side. Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and pass through the meat grinder along with the bread slices. Transfer the mince into the bowl a little more. Add salt and pepper. Add the crushed clove of garlic. Heat the frying pan to 350F. Chicken mince will turn out very sticky. Sometimes it is difficult to form cutlets. A small bowl of water will help you. Wet your hands in it and make cutlets. Place the strip of cheese in the middle of the cutlet and close it inside. Roll each cutlet in bread crumbs. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Fry the cutlets for 6 minutes, 3 minutes for each side. Then, place cutlets in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes until completely cooked. The garnish can be a good salad, pickles and mashed potatoes. Bon Appetit!
