Recipe Green Oil
- Butter - 3/4 Glass
- Fresh greens (chopped) - 1 glass
- Olive oil - 2 items. Spoons
Finely chop the greens of garlic. Finely cut fresh basil leaves. Remove thyme leaves from twigs. Grind the greenery of parsley. In a bowl of a blender or food processor, put pieces of butter at room temperature. There we load shredded herbs. Mix the greens with butter. In the process of mixing the oil with herbs, add a little olive oil to the bowl. At the output, we get a green oil of about the same consistency as in the photo. Green oil is ready for further use. For example, I smeared green bread on fresh bread.
