  • Flour - 300 Grams

  • Dry yeast - 7 gram (1 pack)

  • Garlic - 2 Teeth
  • Mozzarella cheese - - To taste

Mix the flour with a manga, pour it on the table andForm something like a deep dish. In the center, pour water, olive oil and add dry yeast. Knead the dough. First, you can mix with a spatula, in circular motions. Then we knead the dough with our hands. We do it long enough and with love. If the dough sticks too much to your hands, then add flour. But it is not worth much to get involved with flour. Then from the dough form a lump, put it in a deep plate, cover with a towel and leave to infuse in a warm place for 2-3 hours. Now let's prepare the pizza sauce. In the pan, heat up the olive oil and fry in it finely chopped garlic. Then with a tomato we remove a skin and finely cut them. Tomatoes we try to choose. Add them in a skillet to garlic, then add basil. Stew on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes. We put the sauce into a cup, then we spread the pizza base. After the dough has risen, we make a basis from it. We divide the lump into two parts. We will make 2 pizzas. The dough turns out very elastic and tender. Using a rolling pin, we roll the base. On the basis we apply a ready sauce, several leaves of fresh basil and pieces of mozzarella. As a matter of fact on a basis it is possible to add still any ingredients. For example, sausage, Bulgarian pepper, different cheeses and so on ... What's in the fridge is :) Our pizza is put on a baking tray and we send it to bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for about 12 minutes. While pizza is baked it is possible to pour red dry wine into glasses :) Bon appetit!
