The motto of the dish: Minimum of ingredients - the maximum result! We wash the leg with a lamb, use a sharp knife to cut it in a couple of centimeters deep. In the cuts we insert cleaned cloves of garlic. Try to spur the leg with garlic evenly, so that it is evenly soaked in the taste and aroma of garlic. Squeeze juice from one lemon. Now it is necessary to mix the lemon juice obtained with salt, pepper, mustard and rosemary. The resulting mixture generously rub lamb leg. We wrap the leg of lamb in food film and send it to the fridge to marinate. Enough for a couple of hours, but best of all - at night. We put the leg lamb into a roasting dish, a little oiled. Bake the leg with lamb as follows: the first 20 minutes - at 205 degrees, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for an hour or a little more than an hour. We take the meat from the oven, cover it with foil and let it stand for 10-15 minutes. Then the lamb leg can be cut into slices and served to the table. Bon appetit, friends! :)
