Recipe Cheese sauce

  • Butter - 2 teaspoons
  • Flour - 2 Teaspoons
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Cheese - 150 Grams

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour to the melted butter. Whisk the butter and flour until smooth, without removing the saucepan from the fire. A thin trickle pour in the milk, continuing to whisk. Continue to beat and warm until the mixture has acquired the consistency of ketchup. Add cheese (grated or slices). Warm up and whisk until the cheese is completely melted. As soon as the cheese melts, remove it from the heat. Cheese sauce is ready!
