Cottage cheese cake with polenta
- Spinach - 250 Grams
- Cottage cheese soft - 250 Grams
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Polenta - 4 Art. Spoons
- Salt - - To taste
Spinach thoroughly rinse and put on hotFrying pan. We prepare the spinach, stirring, a couple of minutes - it should significantly decrease in volume. Mix spinach, eggs and polenta. We mix it well. Add cottage cheese and salt, stir and leave for 15 minutes (if in a hurry - you can not wait 15 minutes and cook immediately). Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. The ready cake is cut and served hot.
