  • Szechuan pepper (Chinese, Japanese) - 1 Piece

  • Milk - 125 Milliliters
  • Black Pepper Pepper - 4 pieces

  • Broth chicken - 125 milliliters

Pieces of chicken fillet should be put between twoPolyethylene films and get a good shot. The chicken should become very thin. But do not overdo it and do not tear the meat :) Broccoli is boiled in salted boiling water for about 5 minutes, then it is drained with iced water and set aside. Chicken meat is generously rubbed with spices. We take the most ordinary processed cheese. Cut it into small cubes and lay it on the edge of chicken meat. Over the cheese spread a few tablespoons of broccoli. Fold the chicken in a roll, immediately fix with toothpicks, so as not to fall apart. Put the rolls one by one into a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry 1-2 minutes on each side. The form for baking is lightly oiled. We put in it a little fried rolls seam down. We put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. While the rolls are baked, let's prepare the sauce. Mix milk, chicken broth, chopped garlic and spices. Pour into the frying pan, where the rolls are fried, and cook until thick. Ready rolls are taken from the oven, poured with cooked sauce and served. Bon Appetit!
