1. To make this soup you will need a saucepan with a thick bottom. Pour olive oil and butter in a saucepan and heat. Onions and garlic finely chopped. Fry them in oil until clear. 2. Peel the potatoes and cut into small slices. Rinse and peel the cabbage on the inflorescence. Put the chopped potatoes and cauliflower in a pan with fried onions. Salt and cook until the potatoes are ready. 3. Weld the cooked vegetables through a blender to obtain a homogeneous puree-like mass. 4. Put the mashed potatoes in a saucepan, add water and boil. Add sour cream and grated cheese to the soup. Warm up for 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts. Bread cut into small cubes and bake in the oven until golden brown.
