Recipe Pie Recipe with Jam

  • Margarine - 200 Grams
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Jam - 1 piece (you can use any thick)
  • Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Flour - 1 Piece

Melt the margarine. Eggs beat with 1 glass of sugar, pour margarine. Add a couple of spoonfuls of baking powder (you can use soda extinguished in vinegar). Add flour, the dough should become thick and stiffen from the hands. Separate from the dough a piece the size of a large apple and leave it in the freezer for 30 minutes. The most part of the dough is slightly rolled out and placed in a round shape, making small curbs. We put jam on top and lower the sides. Three with a grater piece of dough from the freezer. Bake for 40 minutes in the oven.
