Recipe Biscuit cookies

  • Cottage cheese - 250 Grams
  • Eggs - 4 pieces (plus 1 egg in the glaze)
  • Margarine - 150 Grams
  • Vanillin - 1 Pinch
  • Flour - 4 Cups
  • Sugar - 200 Grams (plus 2 tablespoons in the glaze)
  • Soda - 1 teaspoon

1. To make a good elastic dough, you have to grind the cottage cheese or pass it through a meat grinder. You can grind it in a blender. Stir the cottage cheese with sugar. Whisk eggs separately and add it to the cottage cheese. Stir well the whole mass. 2. Frozen margarine grate. Add it to the cottage cheese and mix. Soda does not need to be extinguished with vinegar. Add soda and vanillin to the mass. 3. Sifted flour add and knead the dough. It should turn out to be elastic and homogeneous. Roll the batter into a sausage. 4. Cut the workpiece into 4-5 parts and roll each part into a ball. Each ball is rolled into a cake with a thickness of about 3 mm. 5. Prepare the glass and squeeze out the crocheted circles. Each circle is dipped with one side into sugar. Now add the circle in half, the sugar side inward. 6. Semicircles again dipped in sugar one side and again folded in half. We get triangles. 7. Now we need glaze. To do this, one egg whisk with two glasses of sugar. We triangulate our triangles with one side first in the glaze, then dip this sugar in the same way. Grease the pan with oil and put cookies on it. The oven should be heated to 180 degrees and baked for about 40 minutes. Ready cookies cool and can be served with tea, coffee or milk.
