Recipe for Asparagus with egg
- Asparagus - 20 pieces (10 per person)
- Eggs - 2 pieces (1 per person)
- Slice of butter - 1 Piece
- Parmesan cheese - - To taste
First, prepare the asparagus. With a vegetable knife, clean the asparagus. Cut the bottom of the asparagus (about 2 cm, as it is usually very hard). Boil, slightly salted, water. When the water boils, add the asparagus. Cook for about 7 minutes, or until the asparagus is soft and easily pierced with a fork. 2-3 minutes before the asparagus is ready, start cooking eggs separately.
