Patty Patty Recipe

  • Yeast dough - 1,5 Kilogram
  • Potatoes - 6 pieces
  • Bulb - 2 pieces
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Spices - - To taste
  • Vegetable oil - 100 Milliliters

Onion finely chopped and fried in vegetableOil to golden. Boil the potatoes in boiling salted water until ready, turn into mashed potatoes. Add the fried onions, one egg and spices. Stir well - and the pie filling is ready. The yeast dough is rolled into two long sausages, cut them into slices. From each piece, make a thin cake, in the center of which we put a little potato stuffing. Fold out the patty, put the seam down for a few minutes - to be sealed. In a frying pan, pour a generous amount of vegetable oil, when it boils - we put pies in it (how much it will fit in the frying pan) and fry 2-3 minutes on each side. So do with each batch of patties. Ready pies spread on paper towels to stack fat. All - tasty and not very fatty patties with potatoes are ready :)
