A lot is obtained from the amount of ingredients of the finished biscuit in the recipe. You can serve cookies both warm and cold! Be sure to sprinkle the cooked chocolate with powdered sugar!

  • Flour, wheat 400 g
  • Soda 0.5 tsp.
  • Salt 0.25 tsp.
  • Water 150 ml
  • Apple vinegar 1 tbsp. L.
  • Berry jam 200 g
  • Margarine 400g
  • Sugar powder 1 tbsp. L.
  • Step 1 To make this delicious cookie withJam we will need: wheat flour, jam (I used plum), margarine, salt, soda, apple cider vinegar (or usual 9%, but apple is better), water, powdered sugar to sprinkle the finished biscuit.
  • Step 2 In a microwave oven or in a water bath, melt the margarine, so that the part is completely melted, and the part remains just softened.
  • Step 3 Pour the margarine water, vinegar, add salt and soda. As a result of the chemical reaction, a foam is formed immediately.
  • Step 4 Stir.
  • Step 5 We sift the flour, pour it into the foam liquid in portions, stirring.
  • Step 6 We knead the dough in a bowl with a fork.
  • Step 7 On the table, pour a little flour, spread the dough and, quickly, with a little kneading, form the ball - the dough is not dense, soft, but keeps the shape well enough.
  • Step 8 Divide the dough into 4 parts. Each part in turn is rolled out in the form of a circle as thin as possible.
  • Step 9 Cut into 8 triangles.
  • Step 10 On the base of each triangle, lay out 1.5 tsp. Jam.
  • Step 11 The edges of the triangle are bent to the jam.
  • Step 12 And start to fold the tube. It is necessary to try, that the "turntables" were formed as tightly as possible, and the jam did not look anywhere.
  • Step 13 So we form all the biscuits, put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment for baking.
  • Step 14 Bake in the oven preheated to 180 C for about 30-35 minutes.
