Recipe Cookies on yogurt
- Flour - 500 Grams
- Sugar - 0,5-0,75 Glass (plus sugar for sprinkling to taste or ground cinnamon)
- Kefir - 2 Cups
- Vegetable oil - 2 Art. Spoons
- Soda, slaked citric acid - 1 teaspoon
Preparation: In a bowl, beat the yogurt and vegetable oil to a creamy consistency. Add slaked soda and flour. Mix to homogeneity. The resulting dough is rolled up to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Put the dough on a baking sheet, oiled, and sprinkle with sugar or cinnamon. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown. Cut into slices and serve.
