  • Flour - 40 Grams

Peppers will be washed and put on a lightly oiledForm for baking. Bake peppers for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Only then we clean the peppers from the viscera, remove the skin from them. Brynza mash with a fork. We break into the cheese egg, add greens. I also added finely chopped tomatoes - but this is optional, so the list of ingredients did not include tomatoes. This is already my improvisation - there is no tomato in the original recipe. We mix everything thoroughly. It turns out that such a beautiful stuffing. Stuff our peppers with cooked stuffing. We pour the peppers in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs, then fry over medium heat from both sides to a crusty crust. Done! It's better to eat snacks, but you can also eat cold.
