Sour salad with black eyes

  • Black eyed beans - 500 Grams
  • Celery (stem) - 3 pieces
  • Carrot - 2 pieces
  • Pepper green bulgarian - 1 Piece
  • Ham - 250 Grams
  • Parsley - - To taste
  • Golden raisins - 1/3 Cups
  • Wine vinegar - 3 st. Spoons
  • Olive oil - 3 items. Spoons
  • Salt - - To taste
  • Spicy pepper sauce - 2 teaspoons

Beans are cooked until prepared as indicatedon the package. If you have raw beans - it must be pre-soaked for the night, and then cook. I had already boiled frozen, so I had to just boil the beans for a few more minutes in boiling water. With the ready beans drain the water, let it cool down to room temperature. Finely cut the stalks of celery. Pepper is cleansed from the viscera, cut in the same way as small cubes. Carrots rub on a large grater. Raisins shall be soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes, after which the water will be salted. This is necessary in order to make the raisins softer. We cut the ham into small cubes. Finely chop the fresh parsley. Prepare a dressing salad, mixing olive oil, hot pepper sauce and wine vinegar. We put all the prepared ingredients in the salad bowl. There we also spread the cooked beans (without liquid) and pour the dressing. Mix well, if desired - salt and pepper. A hearty salad with a black-eyed is ready. Bon Appetit!
