Recipe Salad from raw champignons

  • Avocado - 1 Piece
  • Champignons - 50 Grams
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Sweet pepper - 1 piece
  • Bow - 1 piece

  • Fresh parsley - 1 piece (1 whole bunch.)

Avocado peel and remove the stone, andThen cut the fruit in small cubes. Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes. Wash the sweet pepper, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Champignons wash, peel and cut into thin plates. Cut the mushrooms into a bowl and pour in soy sauce. Onion finely chop, fry until golden brown and then cover with sugar. Remove the frying pan from the heat and leave the onion under the lid for 3 minutes. Onions will acquire an interesting caramel onion. Mix all the ingredients and season the salad with olive oil and lemon juice. Add fresh parsley, salt, pepper to taste. Bon Appetit!
