  • Salt 1.5 tsp.
  • Turmeric 1 tsp.
  • Paprika sweet ground 1 tsp.
  • Wheat Flour 1 tbsp. L.
  • Olive oil 100 ml
  • Garlic 1 denticle
  • Onion 0.5 pcs.
  • Lime juice 30 ml
  • Cream 150 ml
  • Mango 0.5 pcs.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp.
Instructions
  • Step 1 To prepare chicken drumsticks in sauceFrom mango, we will need mango, chicken drumstick, lime juice, onion, garlic, 10% cream, wheat flour, olive oil, paprika powder, turmeric, salt and black ground pepper.
  • Step 2 Chicken drumsticks, dry on a paper towel, rub them half the volume of salt, black pepper, paprika and turmeric.
  • Step 3 Lightly pan the shanks in wheat flour and fry in olive oil from all sides until golden brown.
  • Step 4 Put the shin on the plate. We leave the oil in a frying pan - it will be useful for making sauce.
  • Step 5 Now prepare the sauce. With half the mango cut the flesh, chop it with a knife. Onion and garlic crushed.
  • Step 6 In the pan where the shanks are fried, we spread mango, onions and garlic. Warm up over low heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
  • Step 7 Add the juice of lime, the remaining salt, black pepper, ground paprika and turmeric. Stir, reheat on low heat for several minutes.
  • Step 8 Pour the cream, stir the sauce.
  • Step 9 Put the fried chicken drumstick in the sauce, cover the frying pan with a lid, put it on the fire, let the sauce boil, and simmer on a slow fire for 30-35 minutes, periodically turning the shins.
  • Step 10 Serve the prepared shanks with hot rice and generously pour the dish with sauce.
