Recipe Cutlets Pozharsky

  • Stuffing chicken - 500 Grams
  • White bread - 3 Slices
  • Butter - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Milk - 100 Grams
  • Eggs - 1 piece
  • Breaded bread crumbs - 1 To taste
  • Pepper and salt - 1 To taste

1. In milk, we soak white bread, then squeeze it lightly. In a bowl with stuffing put the soaked and pressed bread. We add melted butter, pepper and salt here. Now we are mixing everything together. 2. In the bowl we will break the egg and lightly blow it with a fork. We will form cutlets of small sizes. Then we dip each cutlet into a beaten egg. 3. Now, in the same way, every cutlet should be rolled in breadcrumbs, and put on a board. 4. On vegetable oil in a frying pan fry the cutlets. Fry on both sides, about ten minutes to fifteen (before the appearance of a crispy crust). Serve these cutlets with vegetables and mashed potatoes.
