Meatball Recipe in Asian style

Ingredients:
  • Minced pork - 500 Grams

Instructions

For sauce, pepper, ginger, garlic and onion chop. Mix half of ginger and hot pepper. 3 tbsp soy sauce, lime juice. 1 tbsp. L. Oil and 1 tbsp. L. Boiled water. The remaining spicy pepper and ginger should be ground in a blender along with onions, garlic, lime and 3 tbsp. L. Soy sauce. Continue to beat, add minced meat. Roll 24 balls from the meat mass and fry them in the preheated oil, 3 minutes on each side. Meatballs put on a dish and pour with sauce.
