Recipe bun with cinnamon in the glaze

  • Chilled dough for biscuits, package (eg Pillsbury) - 1 Piece
  • Softened butter - 2 items. Spoons
  • Brown sugar - 3 1/2 Art. Spoons
  • Cinnamon - 5 teaspoons
  • Cocoa powder - 5 teaspoons (optional)
  • Powdered sugar - 1 Glass (glaze)
  • Milk or cream - 3-4 Art. Spoons (glaze)
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoonfuls (glaze)

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. To lace the baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone rug, put it aside. Put the cooled dough on a lightly floured surface. 2. Carefully straighten each cookie with your fingers and grease the surface of each with a small amount of butter, about 1/2 teaspoon. Pour a teaspoon of brown sugar onto each cookie, then sprinkle about half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon (and cocoa powder, if used). 3. Roll the cookies into a roll and tie the edges, then cut each in half. 4. Lay the rolls upside down on the baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Allow to cool for 2 minutes on a baking sheet, after which it should be cooled on a rack. 5. Meanwhile, cook the icing. Put the powdered sugar in a bowl and beat with 2 tablespoons of milk to make a homogeneous mass. Add the vanilla extract and then the milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until the desired consistency is achieved. The glaze must be sufficiently liquid to pour buns on it, but not enough to resemble water. It is good to water the buns with glaze and serve.
