Sautéed red cabbage sauce

  • Head of red cabbage - 1 piece
  • Bulb - 1 piece
  • Vegetable oil - 2 items. Spoons
  • Vinegar - 1/4 Cups
  • Sugar - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt, pepper - - To taste

As you can see, the set of ingredients is minimalistic -nothing extra. First we cut the onion into thin half-rings. Then thinly shred red cabbage. A little rubbed cabbage hands. In the saucepan we heat oil, we throw there onions. Fry 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Add the cabbage to the onions, mix and cook for another 4 minutes on the same fire. Then add sugar and vinegar. Stir, cook a couple of minutes. Then add mustard, salt and pepper. Reduce the heat and cook for about 10 minutes until the cabbage is ready. Saute from zucchini is ready. Before serving, the garnish can be decorated with fresh herbs. Serve hot. Bon Appetit!
