Recipe Beetroot

  • Potatoes - 600 Grams
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Beets - 300 Grams
  • Cream 10-11% - 200 Milliliters

We clean potatoes and boil them in salted water untilReadiness. Beetroot is cooked in a separate saucepan. Hot potatoes, until it has cooled down, is purried or passed through a meat grinder. Pour the warmed cream into the mashed potatoes, mix. The boiled beets are ground using a blender with a small amount of cream. We connect mashed potatoes with beetroot.
