Potatoes baked with cheese

Ingredients:
  • Potatoes - 1 Kilogram
  • Cheese - 150 Grams
  • Spices - - To taste
  • Vegetable oil - 3 items. Spoons

We rub the cheese on the grater. Potatoes are cleaned, cut into thin round slices (as in the photo) and put into a baking dish, pre-oiled. Potatoes salt, add your favorite spices (I added dried basil). Top with cheese. Cover our baking sheet with foil, put it in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake until ready 30-40 minutes. 5 minutes before cooking, remove the foil, so that the potatoes are covered with a golden crust. Done!
