Potato casserole with minced meat and cheese

  • Minced meat - 400 Grams
  • Potatoes - 15 pieces
  • Hard cheese - 200 Grams

1. In the oven, bake the potatoes until they are ready (together with the skin). We let it cool and clean it, then we cut the middle thickness with rings. 2. Lubricate the form for baking with vegetable oil, then lay out there a layer of potatoes. In the mince we'll add a little pepper and salt. Top with a layer of potatoes. 3. We cut the onions rings, sweet peppers, tomatoes and put everything in shape (on top with minced meat). 4. Finely chop dill and sprinkle with vegetables. We mix mayonnaise, eggs, salt and black pepper. The resulting mixture is poured over the casserole. 5. Grate the cheese and sprinkle the casserole on it. For thirty or forty minutes we send the casserole to the heated oven. 6. The casserole will be ready when the cheese melts and the juice is let out. Garlic grind and grease them with a hot casserole. The dish is ready.
