Recipe Chocolate cakes with coconut

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter (For chocolate base :)
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Big egg - 1 piece
  • Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
  • Flour - 1/4 Glass
  • Big eggs - 2 pieces (for coconut stuffing :)
  • Sugar - 3/4 Cups
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Of coconut shaving - 300 Grams
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Mold the baking sheet with aluminum foil and oil it. Melt the butter in the microwave, add sugar and salt. Beat with whisk. Beat the egg, cocoa and flour until smooth. Mix with butter mixture and put the dough into prepared form. Bake, 10 to 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Keep the oven hot. In the meantime, prepare a coconut filling. In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla. Gently mix in flour and coconut chips (except for 1/2 cup of coconut chips). Pour the mixture on a chocolate base, sprinkle 1/2 cup of coconut chips. Bake until golden brown, from 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely in the form. Cut into 24 slices. Store in a sealed container for 3 to 4 days.
