A very simple shish kebab recipe from the liver for the first time II saw on TV. Then it seemed to me - it's something from the category of "perversion." However, one day we decided to try, and I must say, we really enjoyed it. Now, wishing to surprise the guests or just for a change, we constantly prepare such a shish-kebab at our picnics. So, to make a shish kebab from the liver, you need: 1) To begin with, we thoroughly wash a piece of beef liver, clean it from the film. Cut into small pieces of slices (about 1.5 cm thick). Sprinkle each slice with ground black pepper and salt. Also cut the fat into pieces, but smaller. 2) In a frying pan, melt the butter and top up the vegetable oil. In this mixture, lightly fry our pieces (this preparation can be done in advance - at home) and string on the skewer, alternating with slices of fat. 3) Our shish kebab from the liver is cooked on charcoal for 15 minutes. Coals should not be the strongest. Before cooking, lightly savor the pieces. 4) Done. We serve shish kebab from the liver with fresh vegetables and red dry wine or light beer. Bon Appetit :)
