Recipe Finance with raspberries and almonds

  • Butter - 8 Art. Spoons
  • Honey - 1/3 cup
  • Almonds - 2 cups (lightly toasted and finely ground)
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Of powdered sugar - 1/4 Cups
  • Flour - 3/4 Glass
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Egg whites - 5 pieces
  • Crimson jam - 1/2 cup

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Sprinkle mini-forms for cupcakes with oil. Heat the oil in a small saucepan over low heat, often stirring, until golden brown, from 6 to 7 minutes. Add honey and mix with whisk. Remove from heat. Mixer mix almonds, sugar, flour and salt at low speed. Increase the speed and add the egg whites, one at a time, whisking after each addition. Reduce the speed and add a warm mixture of butter and honey. Increase the speed and whisk for 45 seconds. Put the dough into molds. Spoon a half teaspoon of raspberry jam on top, drawing a heart with a toothpick or the tip of a knife. Bake the muffins until golden brown, from 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly in molds. Finances are best served warm on the day they are cooked, but they can be stored in tightly closed dishes at room temperature for 3 days. If you want, you can file in paper decorative liners.
