The rice must be boiled until cooked, thenAdd a spoonful of oil and mix it. This is done so that the rice does not stick together. Randomly chop the shallots, garlic and chili. Fry in oil for about 1 minute on a quick fire. We break an egg into vegetables, quickly mix. Immediately after this add the fish sauce, broth, curry and sugar to the pan. Stirring. Add cashew nuts (optional), stir and fry for another 30 seconds. Add the rice, stir. Pineapple is cut along in half, carefully cut out the flesh from both halves. Flesh cut into small cubes, and the remaining boat from pineapple is not thrown away - in it we will effectively serve the dish. Add the pulp of pineapple, frozen peas (optional) and raisins (optional) into the frying pan. Fry for another 2-3 minutes, taste it, if necessary - adjust the taste by adding spices and sauces.
