Preparation of the dough: Sift flour with salt and baking powder. Butter slightly warm up, so that it was at room temperature and whipped with a whisk or blender, then add honey and beat it together again. The egg is mixed (whipped) with sour cream and added to the previously cooked butter with honey, once more we beat everything together. Gently add flour and knead the "elastic" dough, which after kneading leave for twenty minutes in a cool place. Preparation of the filling: Finely grate the pepper with a mortar. Kipyatkom pour poppy, leave for about ten minutes, and then throw it back on the sieve. We let it dry, put it in a mortar with pepper and rub it along with sugar. Set aside two teaspoons for powder. Cream and honey, add to the saucepan, pre-adding a poppy. Bring to a boil and continue to cook on medium heat for five minutes, not forgetting to stir. Next, remove from heat and let it cool for 20 - 25 minutes. Spread the flour on the working surface, the dough is rolled out in the form of a rectangle, 1 cm thick. Put the top layer of the dome and wrap it in a roll. We shift the roll to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle top with poppy seeds, which was left earlier, we start baking at one hundred and eighty degrees in the oven until a golden crust appears (40-50 minutes). All is ready.
