Cake-ice cream recipe

  • Powdered sugar - 30 Grams
  • Cream - 250 milliliters
  • Cocoa - 1 teaspoon
  • Berry syrup (strawberry or raspberry) - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
  • Almonds - 2 pieces

Whipped cream is divided into 3 parts. First add 20 g of powdered sugar and cocoa, then stir. In the other part add the remaining 10 g of powdered sugar and berry syrup, also mix. Grate the almonds and add it together with vanillin in the third part and mix. Fill the ice cream with the first part and freeze for about 1 hour. On the first layer, pour the second part and freeze for another hour. Finally, pour the third part onto 2 layers and freeze 2-3 hours. The resulting ice-cream cake is divided into portions and served with fruit.
