Recipe Peach kebabs
- Peach - 1 piece
- Pear - 1 piece
- Mozzarella cheese - 50-60 grams
- Figs - 2-3 pieces
- Sauce "Pesto" - 1 st. a spoon
- Wooden sticks for shish kebab - 6 pieces
1. Fruits are washed, peeled and peeled, cut fairly large and evenly. 2. Cut the mozzarella cheese with flat pieces, slightly smaller in size than the fruit. 3. On a stick in turn, string pieces of fruit and cheese in the most attractive sequence for you, starting and ending with a peach. For example, peach-mozzarella-fig-peach-pear-peach, and again from the beginning. 4. The resulting shish kebabs should be put on a nice plate, pour with sauce "Pesto" (a mixture of crushed olive oil, basil, cheese and spices) and immediately serve the waiting gourmets.
