Recipe: Cheesecakes with raisins (without eggs)

  • Curd - 0,5 Kilogram
  • Sugar powder - - To taste
  • Flour - 3 st. Spoons
  • Raisins - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Butter for roasting - 1 To taste
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 Art. a spoon

Mix cottage cheese, flour, raisins, salt and sugar. Mix well, form the sausage from the resulting dough, cut the sausage into pieces about 1 cm wide. We roll a ball out of each piece of dough. Flatten our ball, giving it the shape of a cheese cake. Similarly we do with the remaining pieces of dough. It turns out such beautiful, but still raw cheese cakes. We warm up a little oil in a frying pan, lay out our cheese cakes in it. Fry from one side to rouge, about 3-5 minutes. Turn it over and fry it to the rouge on the other side. Sprinkle syrniki with sugar powder - and serve it to the table in a hot form. Done!
