Peach biscuit recipe

  • Peaches - 450 Grams
  • Sugar - 1/3 Glass
  • Flour - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Butter - 8 Art. Spoons
  • Flour - 1 glass
  • Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Water ice - 5 Art. Spoons
  • Egg - 1 piece

Let's start with the test. In a food processor, mix well the flour, a teaspoon of sugar and salt. Add the diced butter to the flour mixture. Add ice water and mix well with a food processor. We knead the dough on the work surface, sprinkled with flour, and roll the cake from the dough. We wrap in a food film - and in a refrigerator for 1 hour. We cut peaches into slices. Add the remaining sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract and a little flour. Stirring. We take the dough from the refrigerator, lay it on parchment paper and thinly roll it out. We put our peaches in the center of the dough, wrap the edges, forming a biscuit. We put on the filling a little more butter, the edges of the dough lubricate the beaten egg. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Slightly cool and serve. Pleasant! :)
