Recipe Jelly from gooseberry

  • Gooseberries - 700 Grams
  • Kiwi - 3 pieces
  • Sugar - 500 Grams
  • Additive with pectin - 1 piece ("Zhelfix", "Quittin" or "Confiturki")

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Gooseberries washed, cleaned from the pedicels. Gooseberries and kiwis are allowed to pass through a meat grinder. In extreme cases, grind the blender. Add sugar to the sugar and mix. Add the mixture to the pan with gooseberry and kiwi fruit. Bring to a boil, stirring everything. Boil a little while the sugar and additive melt. After all has dissolved and jelly has thickened it is possible to pour on jars.
